Ultrasound is a diagnostic imaging modality that reveals the internal structure of soft tissues.  It is commonly used to evaluate injuries to tendons and ligaments, but is also useful in the assessment and monitoring of cases such as pneumonia, colic, particualr fractures, haematomas and wounds that may contain foreign bodies.

Our MyLab ultrasound machine provides high quality digital images that can stored electronically and referred to for follow up examinations, as for monitoring tendon injuries.
